Safe Environment


Diocesan policy requires all volunteers who work with children or handle finances to complete a Safe Environment online curriculum as well as filing for a Background Safety screening.  The Diocese also requires volunteers to sign a Code of Conduct as well as a Receipt of Diocesan Policy form.  The policy can be found at . The documents are under the Office of Child Protection Services.

 Please return all the paperwork along with your certificate in a SEALED envelope to:

o            Safe Environment Paperwork

o            Driving Administrator- Church Transportation is it Ministry Based? (if needed)

o             Completed Background Screening Form

o             Signed Code of Conduct Form

o             Signed Receipt of Policy Form

o             Safe Haven Completion Certificate

o             Be Smart Drive Safe Certificate (if needed)
