Liturgical Flowers

Ministry Mission:  The ALTAR FLOWERS MINISTRY strives to beautify  our Worship space with plants and flower arrangements as a means to Glorify God through beauty. We work with the Liturgical Arts Ministry in this aim.

Role in Heart to Pray:  We may pray or talk to God as we do our arrangements and place them in our Worship space. Our work is a Prayer.

Role in Heart to Serve:  We serve our parish with the beauty of Nature. This is just one means of Stewardship. We also serve by training new flower ministers.

Role in Heart to Share:  We share our talents and love of God and the Beauty of flowers and plants endowed by God in Nature through our Ministry.  We also share in training new ministers, and work under and with the Liturgical Arts Ministry.

Role in Heart to Witness: Our Witness is the love of flowers and beauty of God’s gifts all around us in Nature. The arrangements and plants show Witness of God’s Love, Nature’s beauty and our God-given talents.
