  MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of our club shall be to provide its members with spiritual, social, and

philanthropic activities that support worthy programs locally, nationally and internationally!

The St. Benedict Women’s Club (SBWC) meets monthly on the second Saturday from 10:30am to 12noon.  All are invited to pray the Holy Rosary together at 10am in the Adoration Chapel before our meeting at 10:30.

Our SBWC is a very active club throughout the year.  Many of our activities are fund raising in nature to support various parish and community needs, but we also plan several social events during the year.  These include dining solo (without spouse or significant other) at a local restaurant, quarterly attendance of the Dock Street Theater performances, Chili Supper for the parish and Christmas luncheon for SBWC members. We also support our parish spiritual initiatives by providing funding and participation in things such as a parish wide women’s retreat and support of Lenton Stations of the Cross.

The majority of our financial resources are allocated to addressing the needs of our parish.   However, we also support those in need such as St. Vincent DePaul, Neighborhood House, Walking with Moms in Need, local women veterans, Windward Farms, and St. Clare’s House Charleston.

Please reach out to any of our members for more information!
